RETURN POLICY
Refunds are not available for items purchased from our shop. However, if the product was bought within the last 7 days and you have a valid reason such as a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will gladly offer a replacement for the same item or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
To initiate a replacement, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original bill/receipt. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving the replacement.
